Fernwood Court Apartments

Management sucks they don’t make repairs in a timely manner. My apartment was leaking from the washer for over a week. Took them 9 months to replace my leaky refrigerator that I had from the day I moved in they were supposed to replace within that week. My bedroom door was supposed to been replaced at the same time and they didn’t replace it for over a year. My packages have been stolen. People park behind you and block your car in so you cannot get out and if management is not open you can’t... have them towed because only management can have someone towed. So if you miss work or need to go to the hospital it’s oh well gotta wait for management to open and hope that they answer the phone or return a phone call. Lee mas

We lived there a few years ago, under different managment. It seems as though the management got worse, but in my honest opinion, I think it's the same management company, but they changed the name... The gates never worked when we were there, always broken. I had several tools stolen out of the back of my truck, in a locked toolbox... Our neighbors garage (garage unit immediately behind ours) burned down/gutted by fire because someone was "living" in the garage and "smoking" in it. Some of... our stuff was damaged and we were out the use of our garage until they got it repaired, which took forever and caused damage to our belongings as the guys doing the work didn't know how to work clean or clean after themselves...

Terrible place! Find somewhere else, even it costs you a little more per month. You can thank me later! Lee mas

We were so excited about this place when we first saw it.... 2 car garage, gated community and affordable rent for an newer upgraded interior. The initial excitement didn't last long though, they charge fees for everything little thing, and not normal fees as other complexes do but ridiculous fees ie administration fee, lease renewal fee etc. They also don't cover any repairs AT ALL! It's all on the tenant, even air conditioner repairs, washer/dryer repairs etc. Those gates at the front that... they advertise about being a "gated community" they are never closed, always broken. I think they have been closed for a total of 1 month the whole 1 year we've been here?! Which leads to the multiple break ins and theft in the complex. Management is awful and show that they couldn't care less. They aren't helpful in anyway and always rude if you call them. I don't recommend living here! You can find so many more places that are 10x better and have a management that actually cares about their tenants and the safety of thier complex. Stay away from this place, you'll thank me! Lee mas
