Amazing tenant service

I’ve lived here for about two years now. I enjoy living here due to how peaceful it can be as well as clean parking lots and laundry mat as well. Levi has to be one of thee best employees help me out with rent shortage applications and has the best attitude. Maintenance crew is also great. I highly recommend living here

Great Place

I've been here for about 3 months now and haven't had any bad experiences. The office is friendly and communicative. Levi was a big help getting me set up in an unit on short notice.

Bait and Switch

I signed a lease for September after having been promised a washer and dryer were being added to the downstairs unit I was interested in while researching in August. Day of move in, no washer and dryer were in the apartment. After weeks of chasing the management for information on the status, the final installation was completed 40 days later by 8 plus contractors with no personal protective masks during Covid over the course of a week and a half. They were in and out all day long every day... installing plumbing, electrical and they had my bathroom vanity sitting in my living room for a day and a half until I had family visiting and demanded they reinstall it. During my second month on the lease, car port assignments were randomly rearranged. They said this was due to some folks having 2 covered spots while others had none. I only had the one port assigned next to my apartment building, but I was still reassigned to a spot in front of another building altogether, and it has a support pole for the covered parking 4 inches into my useable parking area. An associate on the staff stated that the spot next to what had been my originally reserved spot in front of my building was chosen to not be assigned to anyone so the front office and contractors could have access to it instead. My brother visiting from out of town and myself were solicited for drugs and other questionable behavior in the parking lot and I'm just 2 months in. Finally, the cars are packed in so fully in this lot that one is guaranteed to come into contact with another tenant's vehicle. It is really bad. I've already got 2 large, black scrape marks on my bumper. This management is in the business of making promises they have no control over so long as it gets you to sign a lease. I've got to rank them in my top 5 worst property managers in my nearly 20 years of renting. It is going to cost me more than 3 grand plus 2 months of rent still owed to kill my lease with a 60 day notice that they are requiring. Between move in and having to buy-out of the lease, this was $5k down the toilet on top of rent for 60 days of a nightmare. I don't feel safe and I can't pay enough to get out of here. Renters be very aware and rent here at your own risk.

New management is bad

Management company changed. Previous manager was so nice but new Manager is horrible. Yell to residents, disrespect residents and lots of tenants moved out. Tons of carpet beetles in the unit They are not gone even pest control twice. It is old place and the wall is thin.Rent went up. I never recommend this place.

GREAT FRESH START !

i was recommended from a friend to these apartments , i called to make an appointment that same day , the lady who answer was really nice , answered all my questions , described the layout of the apartment , with the color of the flooring to the walls . she was great . that following day i got my tour of the property . the outside was clean , beautiful flowers . the grounds were kept clean. the unit the lady showed me was nice and clean with a fresh smell. the manager was really nice treated me... good , loves to talk a lot :) Anna is a great person . that day i was approved and was moved in the next day . the lady made everything so easy for me and helped me out a lot . now i was 6 months living here and i love it , super quite , my neighbors are super cool . i well recommended this place to someone just like they did to me !!WE
