The Gaucho on Glendale Apartments

I've been living here for 7 months and I don't have any complaints or anything bad to say about this property! I have read reviews and all I can say is that I have not experienced anything bad, they on point when I need anything done in my apartment and that's rarely, I have not seen any roaches, Staff is Great they really worked with me to get into my unit, Maintenance is Great also they will definitely make sure things are ok before they leave the unit and mainly I see the pool being cleaned... out every morning this place is what you make it Lee mas

I already tried leaving a review but it never posted. But first lets start with the fact that its infested with cockroaches and waterbugs/beatles. The apartments did get renovated but all they did was repaint, the washer and dryers still suck I have go to the laundry Matt to wash my clothes. The area is extremely dangerous. There is always crackheads walking around. The community is dirty and is always a mess. They break everything and could never keep anything nice. I am currently still living... here but my lease ends In October. From what I did I was able to get rid of most of the cockroaches. I think they come from the brick wall that most apartments have I'm not sure if all of them do. I recommend not living here, it is just too much of a hassle. Lee mas

I am not sure if the staff were ever trained on professional communication. I felt like I was arguing with one of the Staff members by the name of Rosa about why it is taking over a month to get AT LEAST considered for a move-in. They lie about calling you about any missing information. I wouldn't even recommend it to my worst enemy. I am not surprised that this company has a D- score from the BBB for not addressing already 2 complaints on them. After waiting a month we "supposedly" was declined... for the unit and they have the luxury of keeping our deposit. I feel bad for the tenants who are living. As I said I haven't even moved in and I could only imagine how it would be like to live there. Lee mas

Never Never come live here. Worst ever! Water leaking out of hallway return duct onto floor, about 3 buckets worth a day. Very mildew and moldy. Daughter lived there 1.5 yrs, and was accused of damaging things that move-in sheet said was already damaged. She never could get repairs done correctly, if ever done. Left apartment in extremely clean & now roach free environment, yet lost deposit. They illegally tried to force her to sign move-out sheet that was blank and said they would fill in all... her damages later. Once signed, that should be the end. But not with them. Loss of $1,500.00. The Complex is over crowded, understaffed, & definitely under maintained. Lee mas
