It’s a roof over our head, but the amount of theft and maintenance issues we’ve experienced makes this place not worth the price they are charging.

The management is rude and will not help you even though it is an emergency and makes you feel that you don't pay enough to ask for help with your apartment unit—other than that, it is a beautiful property, and location-wise it is great. There is extra security even at night so you feel safe.

Beware- the advertised units are NOT the size they truly are. We signed for a unit with bedrooms listed as 12x15 and 13x13. In reality, both bedrooms are 11x11. When we asked management about it, they said unit sized are "approximated" and they can't help us, sorry! Approximate sizes are not wrong by multiple feet. Do yourself a favor and find a complex that isn't using deceptive marketing.

I recently moved into the Skysong apartments (within the last month) and can say that I’m pleased with my decision thus far. The property is well maintained and and the grounds around the property are very tidy. My initial contact during the application process was Kayla (believe assistant property manager) who was extremely pleasant to speak with and professional. I followed up via phone and email several times with questions I had and Kayla quickly responded. Matt (leasing agent) was... equally helpful and professional as Kayla and was happy to answer a number of questions/concerns I ran by him. Matt and the office were extremely efficient before and on my move in day leaving nothing in doubt.

Going back to the property in general- apartment was immaculate on move in day and it’s very quiet overall which is exactly what I wanted. The complex is within (or adjacent maybe better describes) a number of corporate offices which I consider a plus because there always security around and the area (even beyond the apartments) Is super clean. Lived here for 2.5 years. The staff is friendly, professional and attentive. Rent prices are reasonable compared to some of the other apartment complexes in Scottsdale. Great restaurants and parks within walking distance as well. 5 stars overall.
