CONSTANT Water Problems
The recent reviews about the water issues are 100% accurate. For the last six months, the water has had issues on an almost daily, sometimes multiple times per day, basis. Either we have no water at all, the boiler is out or the chiller is out. When the boiler is out, you have no hot water. When the chiller is out, you have no air conditioning when it's 115 degrees outside.
Whenever the water is completely shut off, the chiller goes with it which, again, means you have no a/c. If you contact... the office to complain about this, they will get VERY angry with you for complaining.
Every time we are told the water issues are resolved, another issue comes up and the cycle repeats.
You'd be wise to avoid this place if you want to live in an apartment with running water, hot water and air conditioning on hot days.

Thank you for your feedback. You're right that the recent water and HVAC issues were real and frustrating. We communicated openly with residents through frequent emails, and while this was not normal for our community, all systems have since been... repaired and are now working properly. We’ve also made changes with our plumbing vendors to help prevent this from happening again. We're sorry if our response ever felt dismissive. That was never our intent.
