These folks are their own worst enemy
The facility seems nice enough based on the photos. But the operation is a shambles and may help explain why they have so many vacancies (together with the crazy high rents of course).
After corresponding back and forth with "Quinn" (which we later learned is an AI bot), we finally settled on a appointment to view the vacancies. But when we showed up at the appointed time the human lady behind the desk expressed surprise and said she had just been planning to leave for lunch. Nice work... "Quinn"!
After leaving us sitting in the lobby for another 10 minutes while she finished some crucial document she was evidently working on, the lady walked over and said "I just need to make copies of your IDs."
Never mind that we don't allow random people to copy our IDs, given that that's a source of identity theft. But "Quinn" had said nothing about needing IDs, so we had walked over from the Home2 hotel with just our phones and room keys
In the end the lady refused to show us anything. But hey --
the lady did apologize and say she would suggest they add the ID requirement to their emails in the future. Great for us, yeah!?
In anticipation of those who will say that everyone knows you need an ID to view a rental . . . we viewed a half dozen other Tucson properties without that ever coming up.
Anyhow, good luck to these people. They're going to need it!
