Love it here!

It's been a pleasure working with the office staff. Kayla is very professional; she has been super helpful and works with you. The experience here has been top-notch compared to what I have personally experienced in the past when renting a home. Bit of a drive to and from work, but the quiet community, views and vibe to the homes is worth the drive.

Love it here!

I’ve been living at Moderne for a little while now, and I can honestly say it’s been a great experience. The apartments are modern, spacious, and well-maintained, making it a comfortable place to call home. One of the standout aspects of our stay has been the fantastic management. Kayla, the manager, has been incredibly helpful from the moment we moved in. She was attentive to all our concerns and made sure everything was addressed promptly. It’s rare to find such a responsive and friendly... manager, and her dedication has made the whole process much smoother. The building is always clean and well-kept, which adds to the overall pleasant living experience. I highly recommend Moderne for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-managed place to live.

Home at Moderne at rocking K

Since I have been at modern at Rocking k me and my daughter love it here, the leasing manager Kayla was amazing she has made our stay here at modern feel like home. The homes here are beautiful if you’re looking to stay at Moderne at Rocking k you are looking in the right place.

Excellent place to call home!

Since moving into Modern, all the staff have been excellent! Kayla, Amy, and Sean are incredibly helpful and efficient.I also love the monthly activities they plan for residents. I would definitely recommend this complex!

Great experience all around!

Not only is the complex great, so is the staff! Amy, Kayla and Jadon have been excellent! The best compliment that I can give is that the office staff is very responsive!
