My overall experience living here has been positive. The community benefits from a friendly, responsive management team and a reliable maintenance crew that consistently meets our needs. The natural surroundings—with beautiful trees and a pleasant environment—add to the appeal of the complex.

That said, there’s room for improvement. While I enjoy living here, I think it would be beneficial to more carefully vet prospective residents to ensure they align with the community’s values. This could... help prevent occasional issues when individuals who might not be the best fit for our community move in.

The application/approval process from start to finish was very easy.

We have been living here for almost 5 years. There are wonderful people in the community. The staff is excellent, polite. Joe and Akeem and Achleigh are great!!!
