Just a headache
Just avoid this place. We are not renewing. There is a lot of turnover, bad system management and an overall attitude to not care. The headaches started at move in with bad guidance, turnover in staff and access issues. Add to that new IT systems implemented that make everything from service requests to payments harder. The new payment processor is a credit card company - just think about that when you have to pay your bill and what they do with your personal info. Just avoid this headache... as there are many other properties with fewer issues in the same area.
