Yarmouth Apartments

I lived in this complex for five years and found the tenants great and the apartments modern and immaculately maintained. The complex is centrally located, with supermarkets, gas stations, dry cleaners, Trader Joes and fast food easily accessible - within walking distance. The grounds are well kept, there's an onsite manager to respond to issues and the complex boasts a gym, rec room and pool and spa area. Great apartment complex with beautiful pool and spa! there is a nice common area with a workout equipment, a billiard table and a bbq. The apartment itself is nice and comfortable. The Building manager is very professional. The surrounding area is beautiful and safe. Little old ladies are walking their dogs right outside the building in the middle of the night!

only complaints are the windows are thin so the energy bill is a little higher and it also lets in more sound from outside...Also each... unit only comes with one parking spot so if you have 2 cars you have to street park.

Overall Its a great place to live! I have now lived here comfortably with my wife for two years and have no plans of moving any time soon! Lee mas
