Rent at your own caution
Eboni was nice maintence was great
The bad
Office is always closed even during office hours the door is locked and all the windows are blocked. You ever need anything good luck they are impossible to reach.
They raise the rent as much as they can when they can. They also have ridiculous service fees. I was paying 188 dollars a month for sewage?? That doesn't include water, hot water, trash, pg&e, renters insurance etc. You will pay altogether another 400-500 on top of your quoted rent... .
Amenities are way outdated. The pool near me was always under construction and never functional. Their gyms are tiny and pathetic. It's like two treadmills and a bunch of small weights.
I had 3 leaks in my apartment too. One day I'm Just hanging out in my living room and the whole ceiling just starts pouring water all over the place from the washer above me. I had a leak in the kitchen sink that ruined the whole kitchen island, which they charged me for after move out! Finally there was a crack in the front of the building which was leaking through my window in to my living room.

Hello, We regret that you had a negative experience at Foster’s Landing. While we understand that rent and utility expenses can be very high in the Peninsula, our rental rates dictated by market conditions and utility charges are set by the providers... . We completed an exhaustive review of your move-out charges, and although we determined that they appear to be correct, we did make an adjustment to the flooring charges as a gesture of courtesy. We appreciate the feedback and thank you for choosing to call Foster’s Landing your home.- Dean Z., Community Relations Manager
