Almost neglectful.
Been here for about 6 months and have had alot of cons over pros. Only reason we really only considered this place was because it was back in out old city after being in Stanton for a bit. The sections on the forefront of the entrance seem nice but once you get to the unseen back apartments it gets ugly. The northern west corner of the complex seems to be neglected the most by far. There is constantly trash everywhere and repairing is inconsistent especially with a "luxury apartment" label there... seems to be many problems with the apartments themselves. Poor structure, piping and hygiene. Due to the poor structure of walls sounds seep through from everywhere. The apartment we are in had a nice tree and plant area but water leaked on through the wall and was an unseen problem with rotten wood for who knows how many years. They took about 2 weeks to come in and fix the issue. To this day the wall hasn't been fixed and now covered by a show storage box and an empty dirty pit remains right outside our apartment. So if you look forward to coming here try to ignore the back lot of apartments because it's just horrible. Every issue we had, had simple solutions but they tend to prolong and make it complicated. I'm a teenager and I saw simpler easier ways to fix all the problems that arose for us. And due to the corona virus there have been agreements from lowered rent pay which is great but bills in other departments have rose at the same time like trash and water, by almost hundreds of dollars. Trash is especially problematic here as the owner/owners can't seem to enforce a simple rule of not dumping whole furniture in the actual bin themselves. Overall 2 out of 5 for the reasons I explained. Place is split. If you're in the front near entrance you'll be treated great but in the back you're almost neglected due to the fact that no one can see that part of their "luxury apartments".

Thank you for taking the time to review our community. We strive to maintain a beautiful and luxury community and are sadden that we have fallen short of your expectations. We are a multi-family community and it should be considered of the current... and potential exposure to noise that you may experience from activities that occur within and in the vicinity of the Property. If you have any issues in regards to noise you are always more than welcomed to contact the leasing office. In regards to the planter, the plant needed to be removed and we do apologize it took longer than we had expected. Due to the unforeseen pandemic, there has been a delay in addressing the planter but please know we will address the issue in due time. In regards to the trash, we have decided to add a fourth day to our regular schedule to regulate the amount of trash being left on the property. In regards to the large furniture items, management and maintenance are removing those items personally and setting them aside to be picked up. We want to make sure residents have a pleasant experience while living in our community. Thank you again for bringing these concerns to our attention.
