great
Have lived here for about half a year. so far. 1B1BR. Overall, it is a great place to live. It is pricey, yet it is less than other places right now. There are calming streams which feel like having a sound machine outside your window (so beautiful). Maintenance has been awesome so far (1-2 day response, which is typical). Ladies at the front office are all kind. Neighbors have also been respectful and quiet. It is a great place to live. Even the units with families are quiet and respectful.... Feels safe and never felt uncomfortable living on my own. The cons are little things but they are worth noting. As every place, there are some cons.
Below are some of the cons
-for the price, the stove and dishwasher are very old
-Guest parking is hit or miss, you can have your guests accommodated by having them park in the nice neighborhood one street over.
-they allow residents to park in the future resident spaces after hours bc they don't want to 'walk further' to their unit , like really?!' instead of letting guests use it after office hours. people need to walk and not be lazy. makes is harder to accommodate guests.
-it's not much, however, to pay rent they charge 1.95 to pay online, like why? Even if having it transferred from your bank account directly.
-to pay utilities (except for electricity) they use their own system and charge a $5 admin fee and another $5 when paying online. I guess that's nice but I can log on a pay utilities on my own.
-Location is literally right off the FWY. People drive very fast and constantly run the red light, even if you exit the property at the light. Be very careful there.
-no in-unit W/D, 1.75 for wash and 1.25 for dryer. seems expensive to dry clothes
-Like most apartments, there are millions of layers of paint in the closets but that's typical of most places. Also, just little things such as older doors that could be fixed or exposed wires in the linen closet.
-It is an older complex but VERY well maintained I will say :) the grounds and ponds are cleaned often. Staff takes feedback well.
