10401 Wilshire - PENTHOUSES AVAILABLE

I had a wonderful experience living at 10401 Wilshire Blvd. The building is beautifully maintained and has a great sense of community, but what truly sets it apart is the management and staff.

Paul and Barbara are exceptional—always kind, professional, and incredibly effective. They go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly and that residents feel well taken care of. Their communication and responsiveness made a big difference during my time there.

The front desk staff and... maintenance team are equally amazing—always friendly, helpful, and quick to assist with anything needed. It really felt like everyone cared, which made the building feel like home. Lee mas

Loved living here so much. Lived here for 3 years and only left to be closer to work. Jay, Jose, Antonio and all the rest of the guys are incredible and Barbara is a fantastic manager. Highly recommend living here!

I lived here for nearly 4 years and absolutely loved it. It truly felt like home. Everyone from the doormen to the leasing office to the repairmen take such pride in their work, and it shows. I will always cherish my tenure at this apartment, and would recommend this building to anyone looking to live on the westside.

I lived at 10401 Wilshire for 10 years and I wouldn't have lived anywhere else. The staff's friendly and always on top of things, they'd fix/replace things right away, and they always handled any problems quickly. The other residents are really great as well -- I knew all my neighbors, and it felt like a real community.

Also the location is fantastic -- Westfield century city is a short walk away, and it's close to Westwood Village/UCLA. I think that's why I stayed so long. I moved on but I'll... miss my time there -- it really felt like home. Lee mas
