Poor management
I moved here 5 months ago and since then, management has changed three times. While the place itself isn’t bad, the front desk staff, particularly Bri, needs improvement. Her consistently poor attitude lowers the building’s overall value. She’s often unresponsive and seems unwilling to assist, making it frustrating and ineffective to seek help from her. If the business wants to improve, replacing her would be a good step
