Avoid Arancia – Especially Because of the Staff
The biggest issue here is the staff, especially James. During the tour, James was all smiles, extremely accommodating, and went out of his way to upsell the property—talking about “quick maintenance,” “responsive management,” and “premium service.” But the second you sign the lease, the entire tone changes. Suddenly, it feels like you're just another number. No more friendly service—just cold, dismissive, and borderline rude interactions. It’s unprofessional and honestly, insulting.
Maintenance... requests? Forget it. They take weeks—sometimes months—to even respond, even after multiple follow-ups. You’re constantly chasing them down for basic issues like plumbing, appliances, or AC. It’s exhausting and shows a complete lack of care for residents' comfort or safety.
We’re not asking for VIP treatment—we just want to be treated with basic respect as paying tenants. Sadly, Arancia fails miserably at that. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.
