You get what you pay for
The buidling has a bedbug problem. Heat IS NOT provided. Water temperature is not consistent in the shared bathrooms, sometimes not even hot. A few times, the water has been turned off with no warning to tenants. No notifications are sent out for mail packages; you just have to know when it has arrived to pick up from the office. Elevator breaks down at least twice a month. Location is NOT handicapped accessible (I say that because of how often the elevator breaks down. One time it was down for... an entire holiday weekend.) Management rarely responds to any emails. Don't bother calling; calls are never returned. If you want an appointment, your best bet is to show up in person when someone is actually there and make one. Then hope they actually show up for the appointment.
