Budget for therapy if you move here
I’ve lived here for 3 years and went through 6 management teams, and now can confidently say this is the worst management I’ve experienced. Everything seems fine — until you have a problem that doesn’t involve maintenance. That’s when it all falls apart.
The new team lacks basic accountability and communication. If you ever need something fixed that isn’t a leaking pipe or a broken light, good luck. You’ll be ignored, gaslit, or blamed. Don’t expect empathy or ownership — just silence,... deflection, and stress.
I paid top dollar expecting a luxury experience. Instead, I’ve had to deal with emotional distress, retaliatory treatment, and complete lack of care. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. If you move in here, make sure you also budget for a therapist, because that’s what you’ll need once things go sideways.
There are better places in LA for less — places where the staff actually listens and cares. Don’t let the building fool you. It’s not worth your peace of mind.
