Don't live here unless you are okay with not getting your security deposit back. Not only was the unit not in great condition when we moved in (stain carpeting, bunch of small holes in the walls and overall generally unclean), the patio had a strong smell of dog pee from the previous tenants pet. When we moved out we cleaned and made sure thing were as clean as (if not cleaner than) when we moved in. We still got charged over $300 for general cleaning and carpet cleaning. Again, the carpet was... stained when we moved in and we told them this. In addition they charged almost $100 for paint, despite the wall not being clean/in great condition when we moved in.
Also, on of the amenities they offer is a business center where you can go do work or printing if needed. As someone who is mostly remote, I liked this. However, the one time the internet wasn't working for me, the business center proved to be a huge letdown. There was no info on how to connect to the wifi there and when I managed it, the internet did not work. I ended up having to go to the Starbucks nearby to get work done.
Finally, the units are overall poorly insulated. They have fire places in units to make it look nice and fancy but all they really are is a huge heat sink. It felt like a window was open and the fireplaces dropped the temperature of the unit so much during the winter. It was nothing more than a waste of space and money to have that in the unit. Also, if your neighbors use the fireplace expect your unit to smell like burning wood and smoke. Super pleasant on top of the dog pee smell of the patio.
Tldr: not luxury apartments in anything other than you have an in unit washer/dryer. The unit are not in good condition or well insulated or clean. And you will not be getting anything of your deposit back, even if you leave the place in good condition. The only plus is the in-unit washer and dryer for what that's worth.
