Arbor Ridge 1 Apartamentos

Unprofessional, unkept, and overpriced. You will continue to have maintenance issues. There are rats inside of the apartment. They have infested the not only the parking lot but the apartment buildings.
All the negative reviews are real. Fake news if they say anything positive. The pools and hot tubs meaning both Arbor Ridge 1 & 2, have been broken every summer for years now. They only take cash to use the laundry room plus the washers stink and smell of mold and mildew.

Speaking of mold. You... will have to keep your windows open throughout the year to keep the moisture out.

Overall, it sucks living here and Kristin in particular is incredibly unprofessional.

DO NOT MOVE TO THIS FILTHY PLACE! Rats come out at night. This place has mice and rats of all sizes and you see them every night. Roaches are a constant issue. There is always trash all over the place and homeless people camped out. I am glad I moved out last month!

I am a resident here at Arbor Ridge 1, I have lived here for going on 5 years. I have never had an issue with management. They take care of their residents, and are caring, kind, and most importantly they are very understanding. I love living here! I highly recommend if your looking for a place to check out Arbor Ridge 1!!

I have been living here for three years and I am very disappointed with this complex. The maintenance of the overall place is poor. There's constantly trash everywhere and there's a "gate" but it's never used and the homeless community frequently come through and rifle through the dumpsters. The management is unfriendly and does not do the bare minimum that management should be doing. We were over paying rent for 4 months and it took a new hire to notice the error and notify us. The adjacent... street is extremely NOISY. Motorcycles and sports cars frequently speed up and down the road making as much noise as possible. Lee mas
