Never live here .

Cockroaches ,mold ,rats in the pool ,management does not solve these problems.

UNTRUSTWORTHY AND DECEPTIVE

UNTRUSTWORTHY and DECEPTIVE business practices along with ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY from the property manager. Put down a $400 "holding deposit" 30 DAYS prior to the move-in date but 7 DAYS before move-in date, was told that the room I was previously offered was no longer available. No accommodation was provided. After initial contact, the Property Manager DENIED to speak to me and my only point of contact was the USELESS leasing associate. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE and was left HOMELESS by... the Property Manager as I was relocating from out of the state for my job. TERRIBLE management and this experience makes me believe I dodged a bullet in living at Morningside Creek.

Nice place to live

“Emma took her time to make sure that I had the home I wanted as well as needed. "a great place to call "home". The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The workout rooms rarely crowded and the pool area is lovely. I love the convenience of a beautiful neighborhood with parks and trails." It could not be better located... and was amidst a lot of shopping, restaurants, transportation and schools. It offered amenities that most communities did not."

Absolutely Terrible

1. W/S/T is outrageous for an apartment complex. $90 a month?! It makes no sense at all.

2. Management. No one is helpful, everyone is rude. They simply do not care. There was broken glass in the street. I had notified the office about the glass and was assured that it would be taken care of. I had figured they did until I read that they didnt elsewhere.

3. Parking. THERE IS NONE. We're a two person home, with two vehicles. They assign you one covered spot without the option to rent unused...
spots. Visitor parking is first come, first serve. Problem is, there are barely any visitor spots and they're so crammed together I've had to climb out the passenger door on multiple occasions. There have been times were I've come home and had no where to park. I've been forced to park in a cross hatch zone due to this and ended up having my vehicle towed with no warning!!! You expect me to live here without a place to park my car?

4. Trash. Every single day homeless/crackheads sift through the dumpster and leave trash everywhere. It's absolutely disgusting and the management has put in zero effort to combat this. It's also concerning that they could somehow get your info off of package labels or mail. This should not be acceptable.

If you want an absolutely miserable experience living somewhere, you've found the place.

Don't live here

I've been here for around 7 yrs and this apartment has been amazing because of prev. mgmt. Each yr the rent went up but, maybe $50-$75 per mo/ 1 yr lease/(1 Bdrm). Water/sewage/trash was a reasonable $50-$60 a mo (1 Bdrm). They were always very transparent and management took care of maintenance request quickly. Everything was going well up until the property was sold to RW Zukin....

At first they seemed promising, they told me, "This place is going to be so much better now that we own it."...
This was what I was told as soon as I met with the new agents and upper management. This unfortunately, was FAR from the truth.

1. We had a broken sprinkler that would shoot in the air maybe 15 ft. I informed the management about this and figured they would take care of it. This was not the case however. It took them approx. 2 mos to solve it. A broken sprinkler is not a very hard task to take care of.

2. Trash everywhere. Unfortunately, this has ceased and our apartment now has trash all over the place. There was a pile of trashed dropped and it sat in the sun for 2 wks. I even mentioned it to management and once again they said they would take care of it. Once again, this never happen and was avoid. Another instance where there was broken glass on the ground and not a soul helped clean it up. I took it upon myself to clean it up because we have children running around sometimes without their shoes.

3. Construction. We had balconies replaced and some pillars that held them up. It took them about 2 mos to complete them. Crazy thing is, they were never completed. A majority of them were never painted and still to this day stay unpainted after 2 wks.

4. Rent. RW Zukin came in and raised current tenants that had renewals coming up between $175-$300 per mo/1 yr lease.

5. W/S/T Now this one is for the books. Once again, our bill was originally $50-$60 a month. For 3-4 months, this company ceased to provide us a paper bill and told us to keep paying what we were paying and it'll come out in the wash. There was even months they didn't even charge us and then suddenly, they would charge you for 2 months before. No notice, no warning whatsoever. Get this, they would even mark the bill as past due! Even though the bill was posted on your account 5 days after what the bill says it's due. Suddenly our bill is now $86 and we are paying for August!

Stay far away from Morningside Creek Apartments and find a better one. This place used to be a dream but, now is a nightmare
