Overall I like the apartment, but for all the apartments y’all have is a lot for the leasing agents you actually have, maybe hire some more, I don’t know. But the leasing agent Natalee was very sweet and overall a nice person, I would like to give a shot out to her for taking care of us.

Not a bad place to live. Dog parents need to do better about cleaning up after their pets. The gym NEEDS SOME HELP.

Price Vs. What you get. ***Packages Will get stolen***

During Our stay at Greenfield Village, we were promised so many things including all the great amenities ,available parking and excellent staff.

The lack of parking here is crazy especially when we are trying to have family come and visit. You get one or two private parking spot downstairs and then good luck finding one outside.

The maintenance department here is great and they respond to a lot of the issues that occur with the apartment. When it comes down to contacting the front office,...
good luck. It takes them forever to answer the phone and/or get back to you with any concerns. You pretty much have to constantly go and have the conversations face to face.

If you have any issue with neighbors you can talk to them face to face and address the issue. If it doesn't get resolved and you go to the office to see if they can do something about it, good luck. They rarely do anything about it so either you have to put up with it or move out.

If you order packages from Amazon and they deliver it to the parcel, just know that you have a possibility of it getting stolen. They do have cameras but the people at the office say that they can't do anything about it. Even though they have recordings of the people that stole the package, they are not "Responsible" for it. If your package was more than $100, amazon requires you to make a police statement about it before you can get your money back. Just a heads up. I recommend investing into a ring camera as well because our neighbors have gotten their packages also stolen from their Front door.

Aside from all the negative experiences we had, the pool, basketball courts and gym were decent, but again consider what you are paying for. You might find something a little better.

We understand that parking availability can be frustrating, especially...
when hosting visitors. While we do our best to provide designated resident parking, guest parking is on a first-come, first-served basis. We are actively looking into ways to better manage parking to accommodate residents and their guests more effectively.

We’re pleased to hear that our maintenance team has met your expectations. However, we sincerely apologize if our front office response times have not met yours. We are working to improve communication and accessibility to ensure all residents receive timely assistance. In the meantime, we encourage using our resident portal or email for quicker responses if phone lines are busy.

Regarding neighbor concerns, we always encourage open communication between residents first. However, if issues persist, please continue reporting them to the office, and we will address them accordingly within the scope of our policies.

We understand the frustration surrounding package security. While we do have surveillance, we strongly recommend residents take precautions such as registering to use the parcel lockers or requiring signature deliveries for higher-value items. We will continue evaluating possible enhancements for package deliveries.

We appreciate your positive feedback on the community amenities and understand that every resident has different expectations. We truly value you as a member of our community and would be happy to discuss your concerns further. Please feel free to schedule a time to meet with us so we can explore potential solutions.

There is NEVER any parking! What is "so-called" luxury amenities have been degraded, worn-out, and destroyed by non-residents. Due to the proximity of the High School, numerous teenagers (who are obviously NOT residents) utilize the amenities such as the gyms and pools. A couple times, I've witness few of them smoking weed in the sauna and indoor pool area, inviting others to the gym as a "hang out" spot.. Overall, would NOT recommend this community.
