MONEY PIT
Living in this complex has been a highly disappointing experience, with the negatives far outweighing any positives. Be prepared for your rent to skyrocket by hundreds of dollars each month due to shared utility costs for water, sewer, and trash—even if you barely use your utilities. The location is noisy and feels unsafe, and if you don't want to shell out nearly $200 for an extra parking spot, you'll be stuck parking on a crowded, crime-ridden street, often far from your unit.
The walls in... the townhomes are paper-thin, making it impossible to enjoy any peace and quiet, especially with the constant noise from the nearby freeway. To make matters worse, don’t expect to see your deposit again. Not only will it not be refunded, but you'll likely be overcharged for "routine cleaning and maintenance" after you move out, regardless of how spotless you leave the place.
The front office is plagued by constant staff turnover, leading to confusion and unhelpful service. There’s much more that could be said, but in short, this place will drain your wallet while offering little to no benefits in return.
