Regency Square of Limbo
This building is close to public transportation, elementary schools and retail stores. Balcony space is great for bikes, chairs and plants. The rooms are decent size for 2 bedrooms and the living room is huge. The dining room is ok and fits a table for 4 however the kitchen is small and has very little cabinet space.
Regency Square does have a great area to raise kids however these kids are loud, obnoxious and swear more than sailors but are under the age of 12. Nice playground when it's open... and clean but its become a rarity. They have a pool but I won't go in it.
You are not allowed to post anything on your windows and if you want a screen door, plan on buying a metal one because that is all they allow. There are roaches at times but they get an exterminator out to your unit quick.
If you plan on moving, understand you will not be able to see the unit until after you sign the contract. It was a little weird but I needed a place quickly. They did however give me a huge cutting board at no cost to me, only because people tend to cut their food on the counter. Everything is painted on thick. latex paint is everywhere from doors to cabinets. Doors will get stuck but it shaves down easily. The courtyard is usually trashed from the kids refusing to know what a trash can is and most weekends there are usually parties with loud mariachi music and jumpers (which is against the contract). But living here is better than anything because people become close as friends, enjoy food, entertainment, and parties. Keep to yourself and frolic little and it's just fine.
