They dont give back your deposit!
Had a good experience until we moved out! They kept our deposit though we left the apartment in a very good condition without any damage to the property.They charged us for changing carpets for living room and bedroom,painting the whole apartment and cleaning though during the apartment inspection they said we are leaving the apartment in a good condition and they check if there are no holes in the walls,scribbling on the walls or any serious damages! There was no need of painting as the walls... were as good as new!We lived just for 1.5 yrs and kept it in a pretty good condition!
The apartment itself is too old and the cabinets and bathroom cabinets are just too old that its hard to clean it! Its not worth the rent you pay! The bathroom tub is too old and creaks a lot and cleaning it is another task as it is too old!
The 1 star is just for the maintainance staff! They do a good job at maintaining the premises! Move here if you are okay with an old apartment and saying goodbye to your deposit!
