Green Court Garden Apartments

I've lived here for almost two years. Lots of families and kids. They can be a little loud during the summer, yet I have mostly enjoyed my experience here. The building is pretty quiet considering the amount of units. I haven't had any major issues and anything I've needed has been addressed within an appropriate timeline. These are not luxurious apartments by any means, yet if you are looking for something budget friendly and not have to worry about your neighbors, this is the place for you.... Huge bonus that they allow cats for an additional deposit. Lee mas

I have lived at Greencourt for going on 5 years. It is a giant building, with outdoor walkways (which I personally love). The inside is garnished with trees and plants which make for an earthy decor. The kids love to swim in the pool when it's hot outside! The parking area is assigned but you can pick an open spot or a garage for a smaller fee. Overall it's a very clean and well kept building. Management is very nice and sociable and responds to issues very promptly. Great apartment building for... families with kids and small pets! Lee mas
