The Montecito Apartments

It’s a good place to live I just moved in and things that were messed up got fixed and the staff is super nice and I like that they keep the buildings locked

I feel like just anyone lives here and alot of the people don't care about the community leaving the hall ways dirty or just being loud especially late at night or early in the morning. I see the maintenance guys drive around in go karts but I don't ever really see them fixing any of the issues around these places.

Easy application process, however they should really reevaluate their current cleaning company because the apartment I moved into was not clean the cabinets were filthy as well as the hallway closet

honestly if you like having your vehicles hit by kids throwing rocks and sticks if you like, living somewhere where nobody has any respect for your property if you’d like to live somewhere where they steal your stuff or if you’d like to live some where that is just rodent and bug infested or the best one yet if you want to move somewhere that 2-3 maybe even 4 years of living thier you start to ask for things to start being handled on the property and they out of the blue want to say you $xxx... amount of dollars then yea come on and move in at the Montecito apartments Lee mas

ITS GREAT!!! and honestly a better place to move if you’re a first time move out of your family’s house!! the community and great and so are the people who help run the facility!
