Arrive Stamford

While the building is nice, there are many issues. Security isn’t great and many of the doors open without fobs. The mailroom is a disaster and I have lost a few packages. The residents in general are not happy about the way it’s organized. Packages are also left in the lobby, not in the package room. People have been leaving their garbage in the stairwells and it’s really gross. The elevators are dirty sometimes - it’s not the building’s fault, it is the residents who don’t take pride in where... they live. There are also people taking on their phones in the hallways, instead of in their apartments and they are loud. I pay a lot of rent for a one bedroom and I expected a lot more. Lee mas

Building is tidy and kept up with wish the walls were a bit thicker as well as door to entry to apartment. Don’t like that I can hear people sometimes doesn’t give luxury

Things are good. Miss Claudia the porter. She was exceptional. It will be difficult for someone to fill her shoes. I enjoy the community activities as well. Very nice.

I’ve had a great experience living in this complex. The amenities are well maintained and thoughtfully, making day-to-day living very comfortable. The indoor parking garage is a huge plus, especially during bad weather, and it’s always clean and secure.
The pool area is perfect for relaxing in the summer, and the picnic and outdoor spaces are great for spending time with family and friends. The gym is well equipped and convenient, and the club room is a nice bonus for gatherings or events.
One... of the biggest highlights is the maintenance staff -they are responsive, professional, and always helpful. Any issues are addressed quickly, which really shows how well the property is managed.
This is also a very pet-friendly community, which makes it feel welcoming and inclusive. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to raise a family: safe, friendly, and close to everything Stamford, CT has to offer.

Most of the neighbors are warm and friendly. I appreciate the effort from management ( Brenda and Michael) in doing the monthly events in the club room. It helps to foster togetherness with the residents.
