Unwelcoming
Uncaring attitude and confusing “I only speak with applicants” policy. If you’re trying to help a family member move in here, or even trying to get information for them, you can forget about being treated with courtesy. There is no reason for the condescending way they speak to people. They act like they’re paying you. Who’s to say I’m not a prospective applicant? Very bad customer service. This feels like the type of place that uses your need for housing against you. They had the nerve to ask... “What you got denied somewhere else??” because I like to ask questions about the application process. Like why are you assuming stuff and is it even your business? Rude and unprofessional. Oh and on top of being a pain they only take check for your holding deposit and don't communicate the process or help you out. They make it 10 times harder and blame shift back on you.
