Great place to live, administrators are very friendly and helpful. As this is a new construction, there is still a lot of dust everywhere, especially in the parking lot, hopefully it will be cleaned soon

Touring Modera was one of the best last-minute decisions we could've made. From the moment we stepped into the office to signing our lease, the leasing team has been attentive to our questions and needs. The building being new and the rent special was a plus too. We can't wait to start our next chapter here!

I love the amenities and people working at the reception. The lobby smells amazing. However, there are only 4 elevators for the entire building. I wish they had more elevators. The closest elevator to my house is at the other end of the building.

My husband and I will be moving in early December, but from the first moment we entered the condominium, we were amazed by the excellence and beauty of the surroundings. We are eager to start a new life with our family in this welcoming place that makes us feel at home.

I'm really enjoying my first week here at Modera! Shoutout to Cally & Milly for being super helpful ?? However, I do wonder if there's a more efficient way to haul belongings from car to apartment. Also, the parking garage is pretty tedious going up and down. Back to the positives, I love the set up of the apartment, the newer appliances, & the balconies!
