Most expensive and worst apartment I've ever stayed at.
My one-year stay in this apartment complex was nothing short of a nightmare, an experience that came with a hefty price tag. The management's consistent rudeness only added to the already unbearable circumstances. Despite enduring through 8 out of 12 months without any air conditioning, the situation only marginally improved when they resorted to installing window units as a temporary fix. Even then, the relief was short-lived.
Living directly above a rowdy bunch of frat kids amplified the... daily struggle, their boisterous parties lasting well into the early hours of the morning. Despite numerous attempts by law enforcement to mediate the situation through the management, no meaningful action was taken.
Furthermore, the spotty internet connectivity throughout my tenancy further compounded my dissatisfaction. Faced with such appalling living conditions, I often found solace in the refuge of my girlfriend's home, rather than enduring the agony of residing in my own supposedly comfortable haven.
Canopy needs a significant overhaul of their management strategies and a profound introspection into their operational flaws to rectify these persistent issues. My association with this complex is a chapter I am relieved to have left behind. I kindly request not to be contacted. My rating for this establishment remains an unequivocal 0/5 stars, if such a rating were possible.
