Living at Eastwood Oaks Apartments in Hilliard has been an amazing experience. The community is quiet, well-kept, and genuinely feels like home, but what truly sets this place apart is the incredible staff. Kimberly, the property manager, is absolutely fantastic. She’s professional, kind, and always goes above and beyond to make sure residents are taken care of. You can tell she truly cares about the community.

And Jesse — hands down the best maintenance technician I’ve ever encountered. He’s... quick, knowledgeable, and always friendly. Any time something needs attention, he handles it efficiently and with a great attitude.

Between the welcoming atmosphere, the clean and comfortable living spaces, and the outstanding team running the property, Eastwood Oaks is easily a 5-star place to live. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great apartment community in Hilliard. Lee mas

The grounds are clean and well-kept, and the amenities are exactly what you’d hope for — from the fitness center to the pool to the common areas, everything feels modern and... thoughtfully maintained.

Absolute worst customer service. I was a new tenant here just before they were bought out by new management and they are all extremely rude. Act as if you are a bother by inquiring about things, they do not care about their tenants, the attitude and general manor they speak and carry themselves is ridiculously unprofessional. Snarky attitudes, condescending tone when speaking. I will not be renewing my lease because of this.

Apartments are old and not up kept. If u live downstairs it sounds like the people above you are going to fall through the floor...

I moved in last month and it's been a pleasure getting to know the management here very helpful.... if you have a problem they get to it as quickly as they can it's been a very wonderful experience here so far.... Anita is very pleasant and will do her best to answer your questions such a sweet lady I can definetly see us staying here for quite a while...
