Last Resort Apartments
Cons outweigh the pros hands down. The upgraded apartments were completeled so cheap, that they are falling apart. Weird neighbors watching others with cameras on their patios, the smell of marijuana is EVERYWHERE, pool consistently being closed because of used condoms and poop in the water, rats inside and outside, the smell of the garbage cans outside from not being emptied regularly will chrun your stomach, grills don't work, filthy hallways, the big dumpsters are disgusting outside with... possums and rats crawling all over because residents don't put their bags in the dumpsters and staff rarely picks up the garbage, homeless people sleeping in the unlocked pool area, it honestly looks like a strip club in the pool area-soooo gross, I could go on and on but this is the jest of living at the dunes.
