Unit is partially furnished including white leather sofa, queen-size bed, and 60-inch flat screen TV.

Building has various amenities including a fully-equipped gym and two pools (one on the 11th floor and the other on the 42nd floor). Unit also comes with one assigned parking space and free basic cable and internet.

Please note, the floors are being remodeled and the condo will be available as of September 1, 2016. I am removing the dark wood floors and adding white porcelain Italian tiles.
