The Julia Residences

I just want to say that I have loved my stay here so far. Including my security guard Cory he’s such a genuine human being! As a flight attendant I get home super late or super early and he’s usually there but not as often as I wished! He makes sure his residents feel safe and makes sure anything we need is given. I’ve never had such a great security guard who genuinely cared about our safety and at the same time would check up on us. Without fail every time I see him he remembers what I’ve told... him the last time and I seen him every other weekend which is crazy I beg you leave him as our only security guard he’s honestly the best!! The lights and sounds from the packaging warehouses nearby have kept me up many nights while I've lived here. Additionally, management has been pretty rude whenever I've needed their assistance. The building is new and nice, but there are a lot of similarly nice buildings in Miami with better locations and similar prices. I wouldn't recommend this building.

Overpriced, underdelivered. Awful management company, just a horrible company. Cheap on everything even hot water. Just a mess top to bottom. Probably going to have to bite the bullet and buy my way out of the lease before I reluctantly pay them any more money for this nonsense.

Finding a nice, clean, luxury home with friendly management is not easy in Miami. I really got lucky with the Julia. I love my apartment and management has gone above and beyond to make transitioning into a newly-opened building comfortable. I’m very grateful!
