False Advertising

They offer a "Move in Special of $1000 off" Restricted Units Only" they never give it out. The rent calculator said $449 deposit and they want $799. They have had COCKROACH issues since 2018 and still unresolved. Manager responds to all complaints in the reviews with same form response every time except for the occasional good review. BEWARE and don't let them get you for the $250 administration fee and find out they add more money to all the other move in fees and deposits after you pay the... non-refundable administration fee.

We take all feedback seriously; however, the statements in this review are not accurate. Our $1,000 move-in special is valid and actively offered, but—as clearly stated—it applies only to select units. Regarding the deposit, it starts from $499, and... no one is ever guaranteed a set amount without the standard qualification process.

We have no record of this individual contacting our office, touring the property, or identifying themselves as a prospective resident, which makes it difficult to address their concerns directly. Our community is well-maintained, and any pest concerns are handled promptly and professionally by licensed providers.

We are always happy to answer questions about current specials, fees, and availability in person or over the phone. We encourage anyone with genuine interest to reach out to our leasing team so we can provide accurate, transparent information.

cockroach infested!!!!!!

beware! they lie and say im the only complaint but ive spoken to each neighbor Ive only came across one who doesnt have an issue so far. id go elsewhere! they dont have enough help to properly maintain this property we all have things that need done ppl without washers or dryers, not working appliances, you are left days if something breaks down. i was told id be violated if i bought and used my own fridge. take money elsewhere

Our goal is to maintain a safe, comfortable,... and responsive living environment for all residents, and we regret if you feel that hasn’t been your experience.

We understand that delays in maintenance or communication can be frustrating, and we're actively working to improve in these areas, including staffing and response times. Regarding appliances and personal items like refrigerators, we have policies in place for safety and consistency, but we are always open to discussing individual situations.

In order to properly address and resolve the issues you've raised, we kindly ask that—if you are a resident—you stop by the leasing office or contact us directly. It's very difficult for us to investigate and help based on an anonymous review, and we genuinely want to make things right.

New owners looking to rip-off our community

New owners just bought this place (October 2022) and are raising the rents by 500 dollars and more upon renewal. This comes after painting units a trendy gray and putting in stainless steel kitchen set. Apartment is still very small, still not soundproof, and parking is still a nightmare. Don't let them fool you into thinking this is worth that kind of increase.

Quiet, clean and comfy

I just moved here from Gainesville and immediately noticed it is much quieter than what I was used to! Also, the grounds and units are clean and well cared for. Office staff was charming and very helpful in finding me a place within the community. I am very comfortable and happy here and recommend this place to others.

Roach Infested Nightmare

The building I lived in was absolutely infested with roaches! Hundreds of them. They crawled on me in my sleep and got in my food. The complex gave weekly treatments that barely got rid of some. It never got properly treated. All of my neighbors had the same issue. Office staff is rude and does not care about the terrible living conditions. I had to call code enforcement after a month of not having a working front door that let rain and bugs in. DO NOT LIVE HERE!
