Avida is ...
Living in Avida was the worst experience of my life. I stayed there for 4 months before a job transfer forced me to move 2800 miles away. The community manager refused to assist with my lease penalty or address the lease's inconsistencies, ignoring my financial hardship due to a family illness. The apartments are cheaply built with thin walls, constant noise, and absurd fees. Unleashed dogs roam freely, posing safety risks, and management is unresponsive. Avoid this place!

I’m truly sorry to hear about your negative experience at Avida and appreciate you sharing your feedback. I understand how difficult it must have been to navigate a family illness while also managing the challenges of your lease. We... strive to support our residents in times of hardship, and we regret that you felt your concerns weren't addressed appropriately. However, as discussed, there are certain things we are unable to do as per the lease agreement that residents sign prior to their move.
Regarding the issues you've mentioned, we're committed to maintaining a peaceful and safe environment for all our residents. Noise concerns, safety issues, and pet policies are taken seriously and are addressed when brought to the attention of the leasing office. However, due to privacy concerns, we cannot discuss the actions taken with other residents.
We're sorry we couldn't meet your expectations, but we will use your feed to continue improve our community.
