They are so shady
Since I have moved in here, there have been nothing but problems with them. They have been throwing in extra fees that normal apartments don't do. They tried to charge us $55 for something that happened when we didn't even live there. They charge for 2 different trash services, which equals to $45 a month. Their maintenance team is terrible. Not only would they "complete" the work orders without actually coming to the place, after you put it in 5 times and then go to the office and make them... come over, they mansplain and gaslight you into thinking there is nothing wrong, so they don't have to do work. Once, when someone actually did show up, they came into the apartment when no one was home and was snooping around my roommate's room. She has a camera in her room, so we were able to see it. He was supposed to be spraying the kitchen, but he was going into her room and bathroom, not spraying. We have lived here for almost a year and our A/C never was fixed, all we were told is we were on a list to get it sucked out but when we asked to see the list or where we were on it, they told us we couldn't know that. Our rent changed every month, and I am not talking about utilities. The rent itself changed every month, even when we were in a lease. They somehow double charged us for utilities and now are trying to get us to pay 2 months of utilities after we move out. I have never had so many problems with one place in my life. My partner also lives in this complex with their roommates. They had black mold in their unit and the front office didn't seem to care very much. They would have to go up to the office every day and try to get them to help because every time my partner and his roommates would clean, it would be back almost within a few hours. If you are looking to rent here, I would think again. There are many nicer, cheaper, more respectful complexes in the area.
