Covered in poop, inconsistent wifi, incompetent staff, and overpriced.
On any day of the week you take a walk around the property you will find mounds and mounds of dog crap.
The staff are a bunch of incompetent, unhelpful money-grubbing idiots. The wifi goes out once or twice a month, consistently. The other residents who live around here are awful.
Mail is often delivered to the wrong address, because USPS in this area are also a bunch of useless idiots.
And to top it all off, the place is advertised as being a gated community but their gate is broken more... than half the year and they're too cheap to fix it despite dramatically over-charging residents for every amenity under the sun. Bad.
