No response from management after you move in
After you move in, you receive no response from management. The leasing office no longer answers the phone or return phone calls. You are lucky if you get an email returned. It would be amazing if the property manager actually existed, as I have never met or spoken with her. The leasing office is still closed to the public and residents. I moved in August 2020, I have a light switch that still does not work and they will not fix. I have given up on service requests on a leaky washing machine to... get that fixed. It took a few months to get the outside storage room door fixed, and that is a security issue. Now we have been 7 days without a shower, our tub leaks. We still cannot receive communication about that. This place has has been a nightmare.
