Waterside Village

I love it here. Mr. Philip is very professional. Mr Billion is a very big help with speaking Spanish. The landscape is always clean. There is a laundry and a community vegetable garden. Very quiet place in the morning and at night. The lighting at the mailbox and dumpster areas and all along the property is awesome. I am looking forward to the weather warming up so we can get in the pool. The price of the rent is very reasonable. Much much cheaper than many other places we looked at. An AI assistant texted me (not identifying itself as AI) saying that they had the perfect unit for me that had my ONE ask - a dishwasher. I only learned that the unit did not have a dishwasher when an ACTUAL PERSON called me to confirm my tour appointment 35 minutes prior to the tour. He said the apartment had no dishwasher and that the AI assistant was wrong. He said he would contact their IT department, but maybe next time USE A REAL PERSON to contact people who want to give you money.

I loved the guys at the office, they helped me find the perfect place for my roommate and myself. I hope that this place will be as amazing as the guys.

Application progress was so smooth & quick! The property manager is awesome. Communication is great. If I could recommend anyone to move here I would!!
