Townhomes at 770

DO NOT MOVE HERE. I began living here in August 2025. Since that time Bryten has failed to provide access to their Amazon lockbox for which they charge and have received payments. More INHUMANELY, since November 17, 2025, Bryten has ensured NO HEAT to the rental unit being leased, despite their knowledge that there is a nonfunctioning heating system in the rental unit. Bryten PROHIBITS their maintenance staff from "touching" the nonfunctioning heating system. There is no functioning smoke alarm.... The kitchen window will not stay open unless it propped up. Most of the repairs in the unit has not been completed since the Aug. 2025
Bryten enjoys and tolerates the discomfort put upon their renters due to their commitment to delay making repairs. Their property maintenance belies their resistance to doing timely repairs. Based on my experience, living here is EXTREMELY uncomfortable, as senior property management and corporate staff show absolutely no regard for renters.

This was the nicest apartment complex I toured and have lived in. I highly recommend Sofie as your leasing agent. She was very knowledgeable about the property. She answered all of my questions thoroughly. She made the move in process very smooth. This was be far my best move in experience I have had at any property.

I have lived here for a year and will be renewing my lease soon. Townhomes at 770 is close to my job but far enough a way from the noise and traffic to be a great get a way.

This place is great for roommates because it both bedrooms have a private bath and 2 closets. There is no roam towing, a fitness center, package locker and a nature trail fir my dog!
