Pros: Location, location, location.
Cons: Nearly everything else.
I moved into Manor Riverwalk in December 2019, and it was paradise with a wonderful management team. Things have really gone downhill over the years with a second and now third (and horrific) new management company.
The amenities look like they’d be great but unfortunately, they mostly never work. Especially frustrating are the grills that rarely function.
The place is filthy, especially the pool, and security is weak: get... used to having your packages stolen and homeless people sleeping in your lobby.
Speaking of the pool, it is quite an overcrowded party scene on the weekends, especially because management allows anybody off the street to use it.
The worst part is the management team, though. They have a ton of turnover, NEVER answer the phone or emails, are not around during business hours to take care of things, and are truly incompetent, miserable human beings.
