Allora Eastland

So far my resident experience has been good. I had a few bumps, but nothing with the property directly. When I was at the end with valet trash Morgan was amazing about reaching out to me after my review. She was very empathetic as I was frustrated. She made me feel heard!!! Oh and how can I forget the time she took it upon herself to search for my missing package that was delivered to the wrong building. Customer service is VERY important to me. She was nothing but amazing. The community itself... is beautiful, however my neighbors around aren’t always the cleanest. The team does good with picking up after those who decide to leave trash outdoors. So far so good. Lee mas

So far I’ve enjoyed my experience living at Allora Eastland. The apartment layout is nice and open. The neighborhood is pretty quiet for the most part. The only thing that keeps me from giving 5 stars is that the walls are thin so you can hear your neighbors walking, talking, etc. It doesn’t bother me that much, but it’s worth noting.

Living here is going good, quiet neighborhood. Appreciate the updates and the community gatherings every month. Only thing is the hallways and steps when they are taking the trash. Leaves it filthy looking. If we could get it cleaned every now and then.

I've been a resident as of May and haven't had any complaints. Kayla was my agent and was very attentive with my preferences and showed me every unit available.

I love it here. All my service requests are always answered promptly, and the staff are super friendly and personable. This community is pretty quiet and always kept clean.
