?????????? Outstanding Move-In Experience and Exceptional Staff!

From the moment I first visited the property, I was impressed not only by how beautiful the community is but by how genuinely kind and professional the staff are. Robert was the first person I met, and he truly set the tone. He gave me a thorough tour of the property, took his time to explain everything in detail, and made sure I felt completely comfortable with the process. His patience and professionalism made a lasting... impression.

Gavin was equally wonderful — he showed me the exact unit I ended up choosing and was so helpful, friendly, and attentive. Rose also played a huge role in making the entire move-in process smooth and stress-free. Between the three of them, I felt completely taken care of from start to finish.

Move-in day went perfectly.

Easy move in Gavin helped me get approved very fast as far as credit check and paystubs . My resident experience has been positive. Management communicates well, maintenance is timely, and the community is safe and well-kept

I would have rated this experience a little lower, However, William was amazing and more than made up for the mishap caused by another leasing agents shortcomings.

Maintenance issues are not resolved in a timely manner, I would ideally expect the small issues to be fixed within 3-5 days which is a fair expectation.
The elevator which was fixed for building 2 does is non-operational every once in a while.
The corridors have not been cleaned in last 12 months.
It is no more a gated community as the entrance and exit gates are open 24x7, the residents are equally responsible for it as every time it is fixed someone breaks the gate arm.

The apartments are close to the mall and many restaurants and grocery stores which is nice, place is really quiet at night seems family friendly
