Experience has been well for the most part. The lack of elevators working is frustrating.

We will consider renewing our lease if we can have our current rent cost match the advertised amount for a new lease signer getting the same layout that we have.

So far since living here my apartment has flooded, the fire alarm has gone off twice in the community and the elevator has broken down twice. It all sounds terrible but it’s life, for me it’s not about what happens but how people respond and the leasing office staff at the Heights have responded accordingly. They were quick to respond during the flood and are working to fix the issues at hand. Communication could be better, I’m still waiting to hear back about compensation for power used during... the flood that was charged to our account. Beyond what I said it’s not a terrible place to live at, it’s actually quite nice. The people make it so liveable and kind.

The property manager & T’Qwan were amazing with helping me move and finding the apartment that I was comfortable with. It wasn’t any issues when I said I didn’t like something they made it happen when it came down to my paperwork and things like that they made sure it got done. Nothing is perfect, but they definitely helped me be comfortable for my move.
