The community is nice, unit is nice, staff is nice, but it’s been going on 16 months without a working elevator in my building and zero communication from the property since Feb 2025.

The staff at this location really does try. The Manager, Rose, is super nice and super helpful, the maintenance team is uber responsive and willing to correct any issues. They are working on the things that they fall short on- atleast they say they are and as of right now I still trust their word. The gates were to have been closed and operating a few weeks ago but they did not deliver that and the package room is still unsecured and a mess but compared to the way it was a few months ago, it is... much better. The apartments are really nice but with some quirks- like I have to take the battery out of all the smoke detectors before turning the oven on or it will make it go off.I love it there though!

We like it so far. Neighborhood is very quiet. My wife and i like it. They have good amenities and there are a lot of places near by to eat and shop

The parking in building 2 is getting crazy, especially by the exit gate. There are cars parking in places where there is no parking spot. It is becoming an obstacle course as cars are forcing other cars to veer wide to leave their spots. There is also a constant leak that has material covering the pipe. Trash remains out over weekends and smell is bad.
