The process could be simpler if the leasing agents and maintenance actually cared for the people applying to their apartments. I had everything needed to apply and the process was difficult for absolutely no reason. I hate leaving bad reviews but yall really could do better.

I would like to see upgrades to the amenities. Especially in the gym, the equipment is very old.

The grounds are terrible because people don't pick up their dog poop/

Community is green, and clean. Elevator in Building 1 need to be fixed as it causes disruption in moving heavy equipment/objects. Floors outside apartment needs pressure washing/cleaning.
