Woodcrest Village Apartamentos

My experience was okay. I do like the fact that my appliances are new. or at least they appear new. I have no hot water and no shower rod. there are two outlets in my bedroom that do not work. Carliss was sweet and assured me my issues would be fixed soon

I really enjoy staying here , I normally don’t have any problems. The only issue I’ve had recently is my AC not working properly and maintenance being a little slow about finding the problem & fixing it.

I love the community here. It’s nice and quite very pet friendly but the only complaint I have is that maintenance takes forever to finish. Work ordered and that the mailboxes are always broken.

Move was ok some information was never made clear, confusing on how things worked here. Not what I expected after waiting a week to get into the apartment.

All of the staff at the leasing office were very helpful during the process of getting my new apartment. I appreciate everyone for their assistance and timely response to my questions ans concerns. Happy to be living here.
