All went well a few small items need address yellow jacket nest on deck light, front door is very loose. No drain plug in master bedroom sink. Plug no strings to open blinds. Last one light bulb.

This is my first apartment ever so I didn’t know what to expect. But Ms.Vicky was very helpful and welcoming to me. The neighbors seem very nice and respectful.

My apartment was supposed to be renovated it was half done. Not mush in here new. I had to purchase and replace my own toilet seat. There was a roach in the apartment. The sliding doordoest lock its broken.the screen is hanging off the hinges. The cabinets are not new or atleast Clean.air vent is full of thick Dust. The aparment wasnt cleaned appropiat

So far so good! My leasing agent Vicky was super helpful with getting me approved for my apartment! The community is nice and well kept (aside from the humongous spider webs, that are super terrible this year). My apartment is nice, layout is odd, but at no fault to current management. Thank you to Woodcrest Village, I look forward to staying here!!

My experience was okay. I do like the fact that my appliances are new. or at least they appear new. I have no hot water and no shower rod. there are two outlets in my bedroom that do not work. Carliss was sweet and assured me my issues would be fixed soon
