Not Impressed
I scheduled an appointment and one of the requirements were for a call to be made so that the leasing agent could be better prepared. That was confusing as I didn’t think it was the potential resident’s responsibility to remind their staff of my coming. Still, I contacted beforehand and received no answer. I still drove there anyway because I was clearly interested in the viewing. When I got there, they were closed. I waited outside for a few assuming maybe they were on lunch. Eventually, I... called multiple contact numbers and there were no answer. There wasn’t a note left on the door. The maintenance man that entered/exited the leasing office didn’t bother to take the earphones out of his ears to tell me if the team were running late or not available. He clearly couldn’t hear me when I asked if they were gone for the day. The rent increased $30 between the date of setting the appointment and today, which is to be expected. However, I can’t even lock in that price because their staff failed to communicate with potential residents.
