Should be less than 0 rating. Very poor service, they give you broken stuff and want you to pay for it. Not 1 moment of peace or comfort living
They try to trick you. They tell you one thing verbally then ask you if they gave you in writing....dog mess allover the place and they do nothing about it. This suppose to be a "smoke free" compound but they do nothing about that either....we got a dirty broken toilet, broken microwave dirty carpet smokey apartment which cause us and the kids the be sick for the few months we stayed until we were tired of going to the doctor....they put too much what ever in the swimming pool and my daughter... lost vision temporarily...they keep coming to spray for bugs but it seems it's feed they feeding them instead.....it's a rip off.....the best Manager they had she left....prob because of the others toxic in-fighting, we had to rent a carpet cleaning machine and do it ourselfs to be able to stay the few months we did, we moved in with a broken AC and molds filled the apartment, now we moved as previous manager said we could and these new guys trying to rip us off for moving from where we could not even breath....STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE......and/or never do long term with them. If you absolutely must, do month to month because you will soon have to run...PS. expect noise from apartment above the slightest move they move its loud below, and watch out for off leash dogs, they attached my daughter....I'm also still waiting for "air test" they said they did....even after I've moved they cannot present it....they won't take responsibility for anything....they don't care about anyone, your just an apartment # and a cheque to them. Your quality of living done NOT matter to them. They LIE ALL the way....!!
