This complex was purchased by Radco Residential last year, and every since that time we have not had proper property management. There is no property manager that sits on site full time and there is like 1 maintenance tech that they share between multiple properties. I've had unaddressed maintenance issues in my unit for months now and they have not been fixed. No accountability by anyone and no one ever answers the phones.

This is one of the quietest areas you'll find. I talked to a few neighbors and everyone was very pleasant and satisfied overall with management. I look forward to moving in and calling this place home!

I recently bought a house but lived here for 4 years and was overall very happy with my tenancy. Its always very quiet and clean and the new management was very helpful too.

The resident manager of Belmont Park is rather incompetent. Your lease is not even prepared by her, it is sent off to another site for handling and she can only manage to collect your money. If something in your apartment breaks, you better hope that it is something minor because you will never see a maintenance man come to fix the issue. They have a singular maintenance person who is not even dedicated to this site; he works multiple locations. You can report the maintenance issue over and over... and all the resident manager will do is write it down on a Post-It Note, and I am sure that note goes nowhere. One winter I had to go without heat, only using space heaters because the heat was broken. Also, the manager is fond of giving fines for ridiculous things -- none of which is described in the lease.

The only amenities this place has is a pool, a janky outdoor grill, and a small laundry. The upside is the rent is cheap for the area and the apartment itself is fairly sized with a large bathroom and walk-in closet. Washer and dryer connections are available and the water fee is a fixed price. The apartment is also total electric, which is something I usually look for. Come here if you're looking for a value for the area only. Another reviewer stated they had issues with roaches, but I only had issues with other small bugs. Occasionally you see a stray cat. Living at Belmont Park has been a terrible experience.. this place is full insects rodents and stray animals. The property is poorly maintained.. the one maintenance guy is not licensed in any field and can not solve or repair issues.. He has to enter your unit several times before he can successfully fix even the slightest issues. The pool is poorly maintained and only open 1/4 of the season. God forbid you have a maintenance emergency because you will have to suffer for many days before your... matter is addressed..The trash is always overfilled and fowl.. Lee mas
