The Hamptons will have a 10,000 square foot clubhouse full of amenities just for our residents. Between the pool tables, flat-screen TV’s, and the welcoming staff you will want to hang out here all the time! Your clubhouse will also feature study rooms so you can have peace and quiet when you need to focus on your studies. The Clubhouse will be home to The Bamboo Studio, the Cyber Café, Resident Lounge, and tanning beds. You can also see our pool featured here with the longest lazy river in Statesboro!
Most student housing communities have a lot of parking lot concrete and no space outside for residents to throw a frisbee, play flag football, or just hang out and study outside. At The Hamptons, we wanted to give plenty of space for our residents to do all these things and that’s why we have several open grass areas. You are going to love having the freedom to spend time outside instead of being stuck in an apartment unit.

Estado terrible - mantenimiento deficiente
La casa club es bonita, pero los apartamentos no. Alquilamos uno de 5 habitaciones y había moho, hongos y manchas de agua. En dos habitaciones entraba agua a raudales, el panel de yeso se abombaba y se abría por las juntas, y la alfombra estaba mojada. Intentamos que la administración lo arreglara, pero ha pasado una semana y nada. La administración me mentía diciendo que el gerente no estaba, pero al final sí estaba allí. El gerente me amenazó con echarme de la propiedad por intentar que... arreglaran el apartamento. No vale la pena tratar con un personal tan grosero. Solo les importa cobrar el alquiler, no cuidar los edificios. Antes era una buena propiedad. ¡Ni se les ocurra alquilar aquí! (Agosto de 2024)
